Ein intensives Trinkerlebnis für besondere Momente. Degustationsnotiz In der Nase erinnert dieser tolle Pinot an reife dunkle Früchte, das Holz ist spürbar, aber schön mit dem Wein verschmolzen. Die Tannine sind samtig weich. Vinifikation / Hintergründe Der naturnahe Ausbau mittels Spontanvergärung sorgt für zusätzliche Aromenkomplexität. Der bewusste Verzicht auf Filtration sowie die 18-monatige Reifung im Barrique vollenden unseren Pinot Noir Réserve.

Strawberry, fresh plums, redcurrant and rosehip on the nose. Hints of black tea and allspice. Elegant on the palate, with juicy acidity, beautifully integrated tannins and a salty, textured finish.
