Fine aroma, yellow apple, pears, quinces, floral notes of cornflowers, dahlias, rose petals, savouriness of cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg, subtle honey blossom. More citrus fruit on the palate, pomelo, pleasantly tart to the subtle sweetness, juicy texture, delicate acid structure with tension, salty, a very elegant Sauvignon Blanc.
