Pale golden yellow, complex bouquet on the nose. Aromas of lemon balm, yellow apple, wet stone and a fine hint of vanilla. Lots of pomaceous fruit on the palate, some phenolics notes, ripe stone fruit in a medium body with very well-integrated acidity. Long finish.
