Light yellow green colour with silver reflections. Fine herbal notes, a touch of white apple, delicate citrus, a touch of papaya, fresh bouquet. Juicy, elegant, fine acidity, fruity, mineral and salty, a hint of pear on the finish, lingers long, already approachable.
