Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant straw yellow. Delicate green savouriness on the nose, crisp green apple, some mint, white blossom. On the palate it shows with a fine, delicate texture, spreads out finely, with a compact, slightly bitter but animating fruit core, with an emphatic, racy finish.
