Tasting from 01.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense light gold, sparkling. Nose of precious wood, candle wax, fine hints of yellow pear, apple, fine citrus fruit, with a finish of elderflower syrup and light honey. On the palate with clear apple tones, with a slightly salty undertone, but surprisingly ripe, seems somewhat settled overall.
