Bright, clear lemon yellow with delicate golden reflections. Pronounced nose of fresh lemon balm, lime zest, elderflower and a hint of cassis. Taut with fresh acidity, delicately interwoven, shows good tension and has an animating aftertaste, some grapefruit on the finish.
