Ripe honeydew melon, lychee, passion fruit, gooseberry and orange zest on the nose. Juicy, round on the palate. Slighty fruity and balanced by a very good acid structure. Fruit with a peppery spiciness, slightly smoky, beautifully balanced, lovely phenolics.
