The white wine »Cuvée Theresa« trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weinkellerei Tim Strasser has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grauburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Helios, Solaris from the region Saxony in Germany.
On the nose, the wine has hints of yellow fruit, juicy peach, green apple, pear and grassy notes. It is fresh on the palate, a gripping acidity is accompanied by subtle fruit aromas of green apple and pear. The finish is slightly salty.
