Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow. Delicately smoky-vegetal fruit, good hints of Traminer in view of the high gradation. Clearly dominated by wood on the palate, still a little tattered at the moment. Rich in extract and long, needs a lot of time and patience, mineral and finely spiced, will probably need a few years to consolidate.
