The sweet and dessert wine Grande Cuvée TBA No. 6 Nouvelle Vague, vintage 2007 from the winery Weinlaubenhof Kracher has been rated in 2010 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Welschriesling, Chardonnay from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Deep yellow gold colour. Smoky spicy notes underlying dried fruit, roasted hazelnut, ripe yellow apple, delicate orange peel, opens up with aeration, mineral notes. Powerful, juicy honey flavour, taut structure, enormously salty note, ripe pineapple and passion fruit on the finish, very fresh, very good length, it will improve with further bottle ageing.
