The red wine »Sommelier Blend No III«, vintage 2018 from the winery Weinmanufaktur Stuttgart has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Lemberger, Cabernet Cubin from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Mint and juniper on the nose, some pepper, a nice spiciness, all underpinned by radiantly clear and dense sour cherry fruit. High density on the palate, juicy, fresh tannins, bundled, well endowed with fruit, delicately accompanied by minerality, cultivated acidity, medium-bodied on the palate, the powerful body does not detract from the freshness, conveys a lot of terroir, not least in the enormously fine tannins.
