The red wine »Edition« Kallstadt Kobnert Syrah trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Winzergenossenschaft Kallstadt eG has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Notes of blackcurrant and dark cherry, also clove and black pepper. Fruity and juicy on the palate with a powerful structure and ripe, almost fleshy tannins, with beautiful savouriness. Harmonious in itself and a good pairing for meat dishes.
