It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
A light white wine colour. Burgundy berries on the nose, some yeast. Full-bodied and broad on the attack, some volume, ripe, almost mild acidity, a blanc de noirs of the rather powerful type, but with balance - and this is mainly fed by the mineral notes.
