Bright yellow green, silver reflections. White tropical fruit with a delicate touch of blossom honey in the background, a hint of meadow herbs, some passion fruit. Juicy, elegant, balanced acidity, ripe apple and pineapple fruit on the finish, finely savoury in the aftertaste, a singular food wine.
