Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in colour with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of apricot, stone fruit, sage, aniseed, hazelnut, honeysuckle, biscuit, vanilla and quince jelly. Complex on the palate, with a creamy mousse, the fine tannins and minerality add depth, perfect balance of maturity and acidity. A first-class, vinous and multi-layered Crémant, to be enjoyed on its own as well as with sophisticated dishes.
