Delicate yellow. Lively mousse. Floral aromas on the nose, white melon, redcurrant and pomelo. Fresh attack on the palate, fine mousse that harmonises perfectly with the ripe acidity. Slightly higher, but adapted dosage. Elegant, delicate finish.
