The red wine Xiraz!, vintage 2018 from the winery Xavier Vignon has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Châteauneuf-du-Pape in France.
A savoury varietal type with a light raisin note, but also with a hint of truffle. On the palate it shows with fine-grained tannins, a supple body, well-integrated acidity and intensely juicy fruit on the palate. A very elegant wine with natural-looking fruit and good length.
