Intense, bright straw yellow colour. On the nose shows notes of hazelnuts, lemon zest, grapefruit, a hint of salt, then toasted almonds, blossom honey and vanilla sugar. On the palate juicy and bone-dry, spreads nicely, stretches long, fine mousse, light notes of saffron, long finish.
