Tasting Notes
Rich straw yellow with a golden core. Very delicate nose: candied orange, ripe honeydew melon and chamomile, flint and light savouriness. Creamy texture on the palate, minerality that stretches across the palate, a ripe fruit core, some vanilla, and a clear use of oak on the finish.
More about the tastingRich, bright straw yellow with a golden core. Complex nose with notes of peach and chamomile, subtly smoky notes in the background. Taut on the palate, ripe fruit and crisp acidity, unfortunately a noticeable use of wood in the finish, still needs to age.
