Intensely bright, rich straw yellow in colour. The nose opens with aromas of honey and sweet almond biscuit, followed by jasmine blossom and fresh orange peel. The palate reveals pronounced saline notes, with salted almond, and Mediterranean scrub, with a lightly phenolic finish, a completely different style to the previous vintage.
