Very pale yellow; very restrained bouquet, initially almost neutral, subtle floral notes, nutmeg, a hint of citrus; soft attack on the palate, medium-bodied, slightly creamy, a hint of CO2, juicy, rather subtle acidity; noticeable residual sweetness on the finish. Pleasant, discreetly aromatic, drinkable wine.
