Initially somewhat reductive on the nose. With a little air, notes of ripe exotic fruit, grapefruit and lime. Also hints of green apple and strawberry. On the palate, a beautiful interplay between sweetness and acidity. Soft on the palate with aromas of yellow stone fruit and garum. Medium-long finish.
