The Stroblhof was mentioned in documents as a traditional wine farm as early as 1600. Several generations have helped shape the success story of South Tyrolean wine culture here. High-quality white and red wine varieties ripen on the best slopes in the wine village of St. Michael-Eppan. The result of tradition and the courage to innovate are expressive wines with good ageing potential. Low yields guarantee the highest quality.
The six hectares of vineyards only produce a maximum of 45,000 bottles a year, half of which are white wines and the other half red. Today, the Stroblhof is one of the most renowned wineries in South Tyrol and is a founding member of the "Free Winegrowers of South Tyrol" association.
The Hanni-Nicolussi family also runs a 4-star hotel on site, which is surrounded by vineyards, as is the associated restaurant. This second "mainstay" also looks back on more than a century of history. Excellent wine and upscale hospitality are combined here in exemplary fashion.
