September has some very special experiences in store for gourmets in Switzerland: For its anniversary, the renowned Epicure gourmet festival (September 9 to 14) at The Dolder Grand in Zurich will also feature an exceptional afternoon of indulgence.

On September 13, the focus will be on a culinary journey of discovery, where an expert from Graham's Port Wine will provide insights into the art of blending. Creating a harmonious blend is not just about technique; above all, it's about the interplay of precision and personal nuances. The tasting will be accompanied by selected champagne from Henri Giraud and fine caviar from Sense of Delight. The interplay between components, the craftsmanship and the variety of flavors makes it possible to experience them in a special way – entirely in the spirit of the festival, which focuses on pleasure in all its facets.

The culinary highlight is a coordinated 6-course lunch, created by the internationally renowned chefs Nick Bril, Kirk Westaway and Heiko Nieder.
