Since opening in December, CABIN – the smaller sibling of Bar Vitrine on Store Kongensgade – has established itself as a coffee bar serving beans from Tim Wendelboe alongside baked goods by Dhriti Arora.
From May 8, the concept expands: CABIN will serve breakfast and lunch daily from 08:00 to 16:30.
The new offering draws on the culinary approach of Bar Vitrine, bringing Indian-influenced flavours into a more informal daytime setting. The menu will be concise and changing, shaped by seasonal ingredients and a focus on balance and simplicity, with all dishes prepared on-site.
Dishes may include paneer with ramson on toast, tapioca peanut khichdi, æbleskiver with cardamom srikhand and honey, or scrambled eggs with CABIN chili crunch.
While expanding its food programme, CABIN retains its original character as a calm, understated space. Coffee remains central, accompanied by a selection of teas, juices and organic sodas.
Table service will be introduced, without altering the relaxed atmosphere.
CABIN reopens with the new menu on Friday, May 8, at 08:00.
