Stockholm Welcomes “Betonia”, a New Destination for Coffee Lovers
“Betonia”, a new coffee destination is coming to the heart of Stockholm—where every bean gets its moment in the spotlight.
On February 25, Betonia opened its doors—a brand-new concept café connected to Volvo Studio at Kungsträdgården in Stockholm. Betonia's focus is entirely on a high-quality, curated coffee experience.
The venture is led by acclaimed barista Amanda Salonen, together with restaurateurs Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le, who also run the two-Michelin-starred restaurant AIRA and the historic Bobergs Matsal at NK.
"We want to create a unique coffee destination in the heart of Stockholm, where it’s easy to drop in for an exceptional cup of coffee made from carefully chosen beans," says Amanda Salonen, Head Barista at Betonia.
