A culinary icon of the Italian avant-garde comes to Vilnius—don’t miss Terry Giacomello’s one-night-only author’s dinner at “Hotel Pacai”.

One of the most influential figures of the Italian gastronomic avant-garde is coming to Lithuania. On February 6, celebrated chef Terry Giacomello will present an exclusive author’s dinner at the restaurant of Hotel Pacai in Vilnius, recently awarded a Michelin Key.

Known for his experimental mindset and refined technique, Giacomello has built his career in some of the world’s most influential kitchens, including El Bulli, Noma, Mugaritz, D.O.M., Bras, and Mirazur. His work is often associated with bold ideas and lasting impact–most famously the “moldy lemon” created during his time at the restaurant Inkiostro, an innovation that continues to be referenced in contemporary gastronomy.

The one-evening-only dinner at Hotel Pacai will showcase Giacomello’s signature menu, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience his distinctive culinary language in an intimate setting. The event takes place on February 6 at 6:30 PM, with reservations available directly through the hotel restaurant.

In addition to the dinner, Giacomello’s visit includes professional masterclasses organized by Bocuse d’Or Lithuania. Held on February 4 at the VESK school in Vilnius, the session is aimed at chefs and hospitality professionals seeking deeper insight into modern gastronomy from one of its most original voices.
