The red wine Schwarzriesling QbA trocken Barrique, vintage 2015 from the winery Becksteiner Winzer has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Schwarzriesling from the region Baden in Germany.
Old-school aroma: strips of plaster, balsamic, some juniper and pine menthol. Very broad on the palate, soft and supple, mild but discreetly grainy tannins, round with a rather restrained acidity, creamy finish, an unusual palate structure that is almost somewhat exquisite, but holds together well. This is not a bit clumsy.
