Smoky, yeasty, also a little yellow fruity, a typical Rüdesheim nose. The palate opens with tingling Rhine acidity, the fruit pushes the flavour just a little out of the dry range, the wine has intensity and length and is a real "pièce de résistance" for die-hard connoisseurs.
