It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Loire Valley in France.
Bright golden yellow. Subtle citrus fruit aromas, yellow stone fruit, vanilla and fresh garden herbs, hints of yeast. Juicy, refreshing attack, well-balanced, full-bodied with a refined mousse and minerality. Lingering, with a harmonious fullness on the finish. Great fun.
