The crémant Bouvet Saphir Saumur AOP Brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Bouvet Ladubay has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Saumur in France.
Pale yellow, light green reflections, intense effervescence. On the nose, notes of quince, apricot, pear, elderflower, acacia blossom and a subtle hint of biscuit. A fine minerality on the palate, with a salty note, fresh, invigorating acidity and creamy mousse, the carefully measured dosage results in a fresh, salty core - very animating and invigorating.
