Bright, intense golden yellow. Delicate vanilla cream, yellow baked apple, roasted wood and yellow stone fruit dominate the intense aroma, citrus fruit candied with air. Full-bodied, slightly phenolic, finely woven acidity, charming play of fruit sweetness lends tension. Further favourable development with maturity can be expected.
More about the tastingBright straw yellow. Fine savoury citrus note with floral hints, some sweet bakery goods and white almond. Harmonious, still youthful palate with lively acidity and very fine mousse. Mineral and balanced through to the long finish. Good ageing potential!
