Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 15.03.2011

Strong ruby garnet in colour, with a touch of edge brightening. Sweet wild berry jam, oranges, a hint of black olives and some dark minerality. on the nose. The palate is complex, with a core of juicy sour cherry and raspberry fruit bringing immense raciness through to the crisp, red berry aftertaste. It's a racy food companion that still appears very youthful. Unfortunately, the wine was corky at the current tasting, here a note from the previous year.
