Tasting Notes
Pronounced "wild" aroma with white pepper, gorse, and juniper. Ethereal and herbal with spontaneous fermentation notes, dark chocolate, leather, almost only savoury and no fruit. The palate is initially soft and round then more and more mellow tannins build, juicy and mineral in the background, showing charm and depth with a savoury, long finish. With air, showing greater minerality, with flint, pepper, and granite notes.
