Brilliant, rich straw yellow, with lots of fine-grained mousse. A complex nose is very finely drawn with light floral notes, apple and some banana, followed by classic brioche notes. Wonderfully balanced between body and finesse on the palate, which unfolds in a straightforward manner. The profile is very much brioche and coffee, with a long, salty finish.
