Intense straw yellow with a golden shimmer and fine persistent mousse. Elegantly restrained on the nose, with hints of sea breeze mixing with some peach and lemon fruit and crusty bread behind. Structured and racy on the palate, with a pleasantly creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity. An animating, salty finish sticks with good length.
