Intense straw yellow with golden shimmer, fine persistent mousse. Nobly restrained on the nose, reminiscent of sea breeze, some peach and lemon, crusty bread behind. Structured and racy on the palate, pleasantly creamy, vibrant acidity, animating, salty finish, good length.
