The warm year is not noticeable. Rather quiet and with fine fruit. Elegant and full of finesse. A duo of delicate apple and pear flavours on the palate, paired with stony herbal savouriness and a distinct saltiness. An animating balance. Top value!
More about the tastingHerbal and spicy aroma, sesame, also a hint of yellow fruits. On the palate, the wine has a taut acidity structure, a rich dose of mineral extract, freshness and tension are exceptional. A characterful Silvaner for medium ageing period.
