Clear ruby colour with a bright garnet sheen. Initially shows pronounced savoury notes, lots of cloves, clear and impressive, then fresh plums and some liquorice. Taut and firm tannins, builds up powerfully, lots of clear fruit, savoury finish, sweet texture, very long.
