Rich, intense ruby colour. Rich and intense nose, initially of leather and dried porcini mushroom, then lots of plum, wild raspberry and savoury cedar wood. Full-bodied and gripping on the palate, opens with vivid, clear fruit, then full-bodied tannins in many layers, rich drive on the finish, very long finish.
