The red wine Barbaresco Sorì Tildin DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Gaja has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kierm, Simon Staffler with 100 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Clear ruby core with a light garnet edge. Very vivid and intense nose, opens with notes of wild raspberries and strawberries, then some rose petals, in the background a touch of leather, hugely exciting. Multilayered on the palate, very concentrated, already very polished and juicy, great texture and a very long finish. A poem!.
