WEINAUSBAU: Traditionelle Kelterung mit einer verlängerten Maischestandzeit von 10 bis 14 Tagen in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur (28 - 32 °C). Nach der Gärung wird der Wein während 12 bis 14 Monaten in neuen (70%) und einjährigen (30%) französische Barriques ausgebaut. Die beiden Rebsorten werden separat vinifiziert und erst kurz vor der Abfüllung assembliert. ALKOHOLGEHALT: 13.8% Vol. FARBE: Intensives und tiefes Bordeauxrot mit Violettem Licht. BOUQUET: Sehr intensiv und komplex. Aromen von roten und schwarzen Beeren dominieren, darunter zeigen sich würzige Noten von feinen Kräutern (Lavendel), und Röstaromen von Tabak. GESCHMACK: Kräftig und frisch. Fruchtig, elegant, mit einer sehr guten Struktur. Die sehr verhaltenen Tannine bieten ein samtiges Gaumenerlebnis mit würzigem Abgang die an Lakritze erinnert. Dark fruit meets barrel spice: Blackberry, blueberry, coffee, some liquorice and chilli bell peppers. Pleasantly full-bodied and dense on the palate with ripe acidity, fine, polished tannins and a long finish with dark berry and roasted nuances.
