Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow, olive green reflections. Lots of tension on the nose, aromas of matchstick, yellow fruit and gorse flowers, followed by notes of sage and fresh notes of elderflower, pineapple and lemon zest. Juicy and powerful on the palate, pronounced fruit, subtle notes of wood and toasted notes. Lots of tension right into the finish.
