Herbal savouriness in the fragrance, chalky coolness, lemon zest, quince, pears, white flowers, hay, discreet smoke as well as caraway. On the palate plenty of juice, elegant, lean, lots of freshness, citrus fruit, lively acidity, fine savouriness, with nice drive, animating flow. An aperitif or with light dishes.
