Plum, bramble, black pepper and elderberry on the nose, also herbal tones. The palate opens smooth, with sweet nuances, a juicy acidity unfolds from the creamy structure. Very fine tannins that thicken over the course of the palate. A very round, self-contained, accessible Spätburgunder.
