The white wine 2022 »Urbanus« Pinot Gris, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Clauß has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Gris from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose there are aromas of red apple, vanilla and some caramel, paired with a fine minerality. On the palate the wine has a well-structured acidity, full-bodied and savoury, subtle, well-integrated use of wood with a beautiful length.
