Strong new wood, balsamic and accompanied by yellow fruit. Peach. The palate is all of a piece, dense, full-bodied, with a mineral foundation and exciting, fresh extract, the high alcohol is kept in balance by the acidity, the wooden barrel maturation provides a creamy rounding on the finish.
