Discreet aroma, preserved lemons, oyster shell, chalk, smoke, orange blossom, sage, mint, ground mustard seeds and nutmeg, wood spice. Powerful yet elegant on the palate, a sip of salty seawater, fine phenolics, juicy, fresh yellow fruit, lively acidity, dense, with good flow.
