Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green. In the nose a delicate vegetal spiciness of a fine botrytis, smoky minerality, fine citrus zest, very complex bouquet. Elegant and well-balanced on the palate, incredibly finely structured, already accessible, very delicate fruit, balanced despite enormous acidity, a vibrant drinking experience that only the best Saar wines can offer, always light-footed and persistent, almost dry on the finish, a late harvest with huge potential.
